Just bought one of those pitchers that you pour tap water in the top and it filters it out. Fill the pitcher with some tap water and shove it in the fridge, and forget about it. Then you always have clean pure water without having to buy tons of it at the super market.

The cartridge will let you know when it's expired. When you have to buy another, they cost about the same as two carts of purified water.

The pitchers, they go for like 15-20 bucks. Well worth it. I use the water even for stuff like coffee.

This is available at most any super market or drug store and from a few different manufacturers.

Yes, they are good.

Have a reverse osmosis machine under the kitchen sink............they are the absolute bomb.

Another good idea is to buy a 3 gallon Gatorade cooler and pay 25 cents a gallon at one of those fancy water machines...........thats what I do at my place.

ps--Mermaid has the reverse osmosis machine at her place.
